Order & Cancellation

·         Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

·         All sales are final.

Shipping Charges

·         Shipping charges vary based on the category of the product.

·         All orders are shipped from Mumbai, India.

Exchange & Return

·         We do not offer exchanges or returns for any product due to dislike, change of mind, or sizing issues.

·         Kindly review all product details (size, color, description) carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Timelines

·         We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business working hours across India.

·         Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. 

Prepaid Orders

·         Prepaid orders are delivered within 7–10 working days across India, subject to shipping partner timelines.

·         These timelines are indicative; delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, logistics issues).

·         Some areas may be non-serviceable or may attract additional shipping charges—please contact us to confirm before placing an order.

·         Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

·         COD orders are delivered within:

·         Mumbai: 2–3 working days

·         Rest of India: 10–12 working days (subject to courier timelines)

·         COD is not a trial service; full payment is required at the time of delivery.

·         Refusing a COD order may lead to deactivation of the COD option for future purchases.

·         Our team will contact you to confirm your COD order:

·         We will make two attempts to reach you.

·         If unconfirmed, the order will be automatically cancelled.

·         Open delivery is not available, as deliveries are handled by third-party logistics providers.

·         COD is available for orders up to ₹20,000 only.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

·         If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

·         Once the complaint is verified and deemed genuine, we will initiate the replacement process. Incase of non-availablity of the product, a store credit of the same amount will be provided.

Incorrect Address / Return to Origin

·         If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or pincode, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
